Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using One Shot. By accessing or using One Shot you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

One Shot is operated by Big Beach Productions Ltd (company registration number: [REPLACE WITH COMPANY NUMBER], registered in [REPLACE WITH JURISDICTION]). References to “we”, “us” or “our” in these terms refer to Big Beach Productions Ltd. By creating an account or using One Shot you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use One Shot.
  • If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you must be at least 16 years old, or have verifiable parental or guardian consent.
  • If you are a minor, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf.
  • By registering, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements applicable to your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.
  • Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is not permitted.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately at legal@[REPLACE WITH DOMAIN] if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will NOT use One Shot to:

  • Post, share, or distribute any content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive.
  • Upload content that infringes any third party's intellectual property rights.
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in any form of commercial solicitation.
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform by automated means.
  • Impersonate any person, organisation, or entity.
  • Post any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content that sexualises minors in any way. This is a zero-tolerance policy: any account found in breach will be immediately and permanently banned, and the content reported to the relevant authorities including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF).
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account.

5. Content Ownership & Licence

You retain full ownership of any photos, videos, captions, or other content you upload to One Shot (“Your Content”). By uploading Your Content you grant Big Beach Productions Ltd a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, reproduce, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the One Shot service to you and the groups you have shared it with. We will not use Your Content for any other purpose, including advertising or training machine-learning models.

6. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it carefully.

7. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that One Shot will be available at all times or free from errors. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from downtime or changes to the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions or if required to do so by law. You may delete your account at any time from within the app settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Big Beach Productions Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of One Shot, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of £100 or the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [REPLACE WITH JURISDICTION]. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [REPLACE WITH JURISDICTION].
